                                             "Marshall Assignment
                                              September 18th 1795
   Whereas Isaac Marshall the Elder and Isaac Marshall the Younger of Yeadon in the County of York, Merchants and Clothiers, have by Indenture bearing the Date the 18th Day of September Instant, assigned all their Estates and Effects unto William Leach of 
Bradford, in the County of York, Woolstapler ; William Garnett of Leeds in the same County, Woolstapler and William Child of Yeadon aforementioned, Clothier.
     In Trust for the Benefit of themselves and all the other creditors of the said Isaac Marshall the Elder and Isaac Marshall the Younger who shall within Two Months from the Date thereof execute the same and agree to accept the Money arising from their Effects, rateably and in Proportion to their respective debts and in full thereof. And also if required by the said Trustees or any of them, verify such Debts upon Oath.
       Notice is Hereby Given that such of the Creditors of the said Isaac Marshall the Elder and Isaac Marshall the Younger as are willing to accede to the Terms of the said Assignment must execute the same, which is lodged at the office of Messrs Richardson and Dawson in Leeds, before the Expiration of the Time above limited, otherwise they will be excluded the Benefit arising thereof.
      And all persons indebted to the said Isaac Marshall the Elder and Isaac Marshall the Younger are required forthwith to pay their Debts to the said Trustees, or some of them".
